By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or over.

The Company shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to Company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.

All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and China Wine Club Limited reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

A.The shipper must carry delivery documents with him.
提貨人必須攜帶提货文件提貨
B.Please make an appointment with the warehouse before picking up the goods, and bring the receipt stamp or valid company certificate to queue for registration.
提貨前請先與倉庫預約，及攜帶收貨印章或有效公司證明排隊登記
C.The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any and/or damages. By signing the delivery note, you acknowledge that your order is correct and that you accept the package. We shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.
交貨後請立即檢查貨物是否有任何損壞，送貨單一經簽署即表示確認訂單正確且接受貨品，我方有權在交貨後拒絕你方索賠。
